How to find what you’re looking for
There are three ways to search for products:
- Type in the product name or description in the search box e.g. Weekender or hanging toiletry bags
- Browse our departments such as Bath and Body or Kids and Babies to see all the products in each department
- Browse our Fabric gallery to see all the products available in a certain fabric
Not sure what you want? Don’t forget to visit What’s new?, Gift Ideas, and Special Offers.
Shop, shop, shop
Once you’ve found what you want, simply click on the Buy it Now button and the item will be added to your Shopping Bag. You can see how much is in your shopping bag at any time by clicking on View at the top of the page.
To add more of the same item or to remove an item simply click Change Quantity.
Checking out
When you’re ready to pay simply click Go to Checkout.
If you already have an account with us, just login with your email address and password, check your order and put in your card details. Remember to let us know if you’d like any items gift-wrapped.
If you haven’t got an account with us, no problem. You can open an account now. Or you can skip this process and just fill in your personal details, delivery address and card details.
You don’t have to have an account with us but if you do, you’ll be able to whiz through checkout a bit quicker next time. You’ll also be able to find out when your order is due for delivery and you can keep track of the items you’ve ordered previously.
Delivery
We ship to anywhere in the world. Hooray.
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed.
Standard Delivery
First Class Royal Mail, allow 1-2 working days in the UK.

Next Day Delivery/Special Delivery
The fastest possible option and the one to choose if you’re too excited to wait. This will guarantee next day delivery before 1.00pm as long as your order is received before 12pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a Saturday delivery. A signature is needed for this one.
Recorded Delivery
Safe but a bit slower. The one to choose if you don’t mind waiting but you want to make sure it gets there. Please allow five working days. A signature is needed for this one as well.
The items shown on our website are in stock and will be sent out within 2-3 working days. If you have any concerns regarding delivery or if your order is particularly urgent then please contact us.
How to pay
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Solo and JCB. Unfortunately we don’t accept Diners or American Express. For your security we do not store your credit card information on our site. All payments are processed via SECPay who are a Payment Service Provider using the latest security features, which include SSL encryption and Firewalls. For more details on SecPay click here. All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.
The End
After you’ve submitted your order, you’ll be able to print off your order details for your records. You will also be sent a confirmation email.
That’s it. If the items are for you all you have to do now is wait excitedly by the front door for the postman to arrive.
Returns
If your ZPM goodies aren’t quite what you were expecting, feel free to send them back for an exchange or full refund. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us within 28 working days; they’re unused; and in their original packaging.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that do not reach us. Sorry. The best thing to do is get a free certificate of posting from the post office. And unless you are returning faulty goods, please could you pay for the postage yourself.
We’ll try to be as quick as possible but please allow up to two weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.
Discount Vouchers
Discount codes can only be applied to items purchased via our website. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot offer any dicount codes on items that are not currently in stock, such as Trolley-Dolly.
