Your Account

This website requires registration with an approved login name and password before an order can be placed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login name and password and should inform us immediately if you have any concerns that your account is being misused.

Please ensure that the information you provide on this website is accurate and complete and inform us immediately of any changes. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the My Account area of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our discretion.

Conditions of Sale

When you place an order to purchase a product from ZPM.com, this represents an offer to buy the products at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply. We will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

Your order is accepted upon dispatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. No order is binding until we have accepted it. We retain the right to cancel all or part of an order at any time before delivery.

Dispatch charges and estimates are specified in the Help page. While we make every effort to dispatch goods within these estimates they are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.

If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Products ordered may not be offered for resale in any country.

Customs

When you place an order that is to be delivered overseas, you may be subject to import duties or taxes on receipt. Contact the local customs office for further information on any additional charges.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are at all unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or full refund. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 28 working days to: ZPM Limited, 16 Quadrant Road, Richmond, Surrey TW9 1BP, United Kingdom. Unfortunately we cannot exchange any damaged or used items.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that do not reach us. We advise customers to obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office. You are responsible for return postage unless you are returning faulty goods.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Product Information

We have made every effort to describe and photograph all the items on this site with absolute accuracy. However please bear in mind that the images change across the printed fabrics. This means that the bag you receive may not depict the part of the print you see pictured on the site. For example, you may receive a cowgirl bag where the girls shown are in different positions from those on the site. All measurements given are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Limit of liability

ZPM's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by ZPM to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. ZPM shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. ZPM cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
