Returns & Refunds
We do our very best to provide a product that is perfect in every way and is exactly what you wanted to receive.
However on the rare occasion that your ZPM goodies aren't quite what you wanted or you have changed your mind, feel free to send them back for an exchange or full refund.
All we ask is that the goods are returned to us within 28 working days, they're unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be credited onto the card you used to originally place your order with. Unfortunately if you are returning an item for an exchange, we will have to charge you for
the postage to send out your replacement.
If you have simply changed your mind your refund will also be less the original postage costs. We will of course be in touch with you before we charge your card for any additional payments.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that do not reach us. Sorry. The best thing to do is get a free certificate of postage from the post office or
send it via a secure service.
We will refund all the postages for any faulty goods. We'll try to be as quick as possible but please allow up to two weeks for your refund or
exchange to be processed.Please make sure to put a copy of your order and order number with any other details into the parcel.
