How to find what you’re looking for

There are two ways to search for products: 
1. Type in the product name or description in the search box e.g. Weekender or hanging toiletry bags
2. Browse our departments such as or Kids & Babies to see all the products in each department

Not sure what you want? Don’t forget to visit our other sections which may be helpful such as  New, Gift Ideas, and Special Offers.

Shop, Shop, Shop!

Once you’ve found what you want, simply click on the Buy it Now button and the item will be added to your Shopping Bag. You can see how much is in your shopping bag at any time by clicking on View at the top of the page. To add more of the same item or to remove an item simply click Change Quantity.

Checking Out

When you’re ready to pay simply click Go to Checkout. If you already have an account with us, just login with your email address and password, check your order and put in your card details. Remember to let us know if you’d like any items gift wrapped. If you haven’t got an account with us, no problem. You can open an account now. Or you can skip this process and just fill in your personal details, delivery address and card details. You don’t have to have an account with us but if you do you’ll be able to whiz through checkout a bit quicker next time. You’ll also be able to find out when your order is due for delivery and you can keep track of the items you’ve ordered previously.

Delivery Information

We ship to anywhere in the world! The items shown on our website are in stock and are sent standard second class post unless you have selected urgent parcels as your option and should arrive within 5 days of your order being placed. If you have any concerns regarding delivery or if your order is particularly urgent then please contact us.

Standard Delivery (UK)

Most orders are processed overnight (if ordered Monday to Friday) and are shipped out the next day, but please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.  Orders place at the Weekend may take up to 5 days to process and deliver.  At our busiest times of the year, like Christmas, please allow additional time for delivery.  Postage to outlying areas like the Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly will vary. Please see below for further details.

Special Delivery/Express

Next day delivery by 1pm. Orders must be received before 11 am (Mon – Fri) and will be delivered the next working day by 1pm using the "Special Delivery" service with Post Office. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday your parcel will leave on the following Monday and be delivered by end of working day Tuesday.

How to pay

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Solo. Unfortunately we don’t accept Diners or American Express. For your security we do not store your credit card information on our site. All payments are processed via SECPay who are a Payment Service Provider using the latest security features, which include SSL encryption and Firewalls. For more details on SecPay click here. All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.

Paperwork!

After you’ve submitted your order, you’ll be able to print off your order details for your records. You will also be sent a confirmation email from us to let you know when your order has been despatched. That’s it. If the items are for you all you have to do now is wait excitedly by the front door for the postman to arrive!

Returns and Problems

We do our very best to provide a product that is perfect in every way and is exactly what you wanted to receive.  However on the rare occasion that your ZPM goodies aren’t quite what you wanted or you have changed your mind, feel free to send them back for an exchange or full refund. All we ask is that the goods are returned to us within 28 working days, they’re unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be credited onto the card you used to originally place your order with. Unfortunately if you are returning an item for an exchange, we will have to charge you for the postage to send out your replacement. If you have simply changed your mind your refund will also be less the original postage costs. We will of course be in touch with you before we charge your card for any additional payments.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that do not reach us. Sorry. The best thing to do is get a free certificate of postage from the post office or send it via a secure service. We will refund all the postages for any faulty goods. We’ll try to be as quick as possible but please allow up to two weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.Please make sure to put a copy of your order and order number with any other details into the parcel.

Non-Arrival of Goods - Other Delivery Issues

If for any reason your parcel arrives damaged, with an incomplete order or looks as if it has been tampered with. Please email us on customerservices@zpm.com.  If you cannot email us for any reason please telephone +44 (0)20 34 22 30 77.  Please quote your order number full name and address and telephone number.   We will endeavour to call you back or email you about the issue within 3 working days. We use both post and couriers.  When there is a non-delivery issue we always investigate it thoroughly.  Before sending a refund or exchange we may require you to sign a legal document to state that the goods have not been received and return this via post or scanned copy via email.  As we may need to get in touch with individual drivers please be prepared for it to take up to 28 days for us to fully investigate each loss and make any refund should it be applicable.

Discount Vouchers

Discount codes can only be applied to items purchased via our website.  Unfortunately, this means that we cannot offer any discount codes on items that are not currently in stock.  Some items may restricted from the discount codes.

Trolley-Dolly Carbon Report
